SeasonKit supports team fundraising, guardian payments, sponsor contributions, receipts, refunds, finance exports, and admin-reviewed operations. Teams remain responsible for their own policies, eligibility decisions, and offline commitments.
Payments are processed by configured payment providers. SeasonKit never stores raw card data.
Refunds and sponsor approvals are reviewed by authorized team or organization finance users before records are changed.
Travel, AI Treasurer, Mobile, and other later surfaces are available only where enabled by a separate agreement.
Travel partners
SeasonKit uses Duffel as the hotel and flight search-data provider and may earn affiliate commissions on bookings made through our partner links. The booking contract is between you and the partner; SeasonKit is not a party to the booking transaction. Partners' terms govern your booking.
